Hskky is a free email masking service that allows users to generate anonymised email IDs. Emails sent to a Hskky email ID are forwarded to the user's real email address. The Service is provided at no cost and involves no commercial engagement between Hskky and the user.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal activity, including but not limited to fraud, harassment, or the distribution of malware.
• Use the Service to send spam, phishing emails, or other unsolicited communications.

4. No Commercial Engagement

Hskky is provided entirely free of charge. There is no commercial relationship, transaction, or financial engagement between Hskky and its users. No fees, subscriptions, or purchases are involved in the use of this Service.

5. Data and AI Model Training

By using this Service, you acknowledge and agree that data collected through your use of Hskky, including but not limited to email addresses and usage patterns, may be used to train, improve, and develop artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning models. 6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Hskky and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. 11. Account Deactivation

You may deactivate any Hskky email ID at any time. Upon deactivation, email forwarding for that specific ID will cease. This does not affect any other Hskky email IDs you may hold.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Hskky and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through appropriate legal channels.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion.
